Harding Memorial Playground, Gladesville

posted in: Life, Parks & Playgrounds | 0

Harding Memorial Playground is a nice quiet spot to stop for a quick play and a snack, and has enough equipment to keep the kids very happy.

It’s nestled in the back of a quiet street with ample street parking available and a footpath that leads into the park for easy pram access.

It’s a small playground ideally suited to children 3 years old and above – mainly due to the type of equipment, which includes:

  • a climbing frame
  • monkey bars
  • 2 medium slides
  • climbing ropes
  • a see-saw
  • swings

There is no fence but the playground is set away from the street. There are no shade sails but plenty of tall trees that provide good coverage. Unfortunately, it does has the bark ground! So messy.

There aren’t any bbq’s but lots of grass around to have a picnic or for playing ball games and running around.

Getting there

Harding Memorial Playground is located on Mount Street in Gladesville. There is parking available on Mount Street.
