Mental Health Carers NSW and WayAhead are running a support group for someone living with experience of mental ill-health &/or recovery and their families & carers.
This is a structured group where attendees discuss set topics as well as sharing personal experiences and information in a safe, friendly and supportive environment. All discussions are conducted in Vietnamese.
The group is free of charge and there is no need to book attendance.
