The Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) within People, Partnership & Culture (PP&C) function are Talent Advisor role models, live PwC purpose and values, love and leverage differences when it comes to attraction strategies. They take risks, they are an innovative and digital people team.

About You

The brief is simple…

• You may be currently in internal recruitment or be looking to move from a recruitment agency to take on a more strategic, business aligned position.
• You will have at least 2 to 4 years of experience in talent sourcing, candidate management or end-to-end recruiting experience across high volume of roles.
• You will like to be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
• You will have demonstrable ability in leading through change and will have significant experience within a complex organisational structure.
• You are commercial and analytical focus on understanding businesses and value drivers
• A team focused style with strong organisational and project management skills
• Proven business development and client relationship management experience
