As a qualified Dietitian and a certified Health Coach she provides nutritional advice, the knowledge and techniques to heal, regain energy, lose weight and reform your relationship with food. With the option of adding Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Integrative Life Coaching new habits and a healthy mindset is achievable.
Sessions for clients are charged privately with Medicare and private rebates available for dietetic and nutrition consults. Available at Ryde and Castle Hill.
