WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT
Family yoga is about connecting with your loved ones away from the day-to-day distractions of technology and chores.
The class is tailored towards kids and their keen desire for discovery, movement, fun and exploration. And when this is not enough, we make it COOL!
Our kids’ yoga classes include basic yoga poses, creative play, animated breathing exercises, visualisation, dance, games and soothing relaxation. We foster an environment that teaches children the foundations of mind-body health.
WHO IS THIS FOR
– This class is ideal for children between the ages of 3 – 9.
– Parents, grandparents and extended family members are all welcome to join in on the fun.
– No yoga experience required but a willingness to have fun is a must!
WHAT TO BRING
– Wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement. Make it as colourful as possible.
– All classes are done in bare feet.
– Bring water, an open attitude and be prepared to enjoy yourself!
