Last month was fantastic from a selling point of view as a low level of supply drove some properties to achieve some fantastic results. 
 
Firstly, 19 Thorn St, Ryde sold for $1,762,000 on the first day of July. This same property was only bought 12 months ago for $1,470,000.

Next, 515B of 5 Pope St, Ryde. This 3 bedroom ground floor apartment was sold at auction for $1,386,000.
 
We also sold 2 Heath St, Ryde for $1,670,000 after having 68 groups through the campaign.
 
However, the best sale of the month was undoubtedly 103 Bridge Rd, Ryde which was an old Californian bungalow house sitting on a block of 1800m2 which we sold off-market for $4,375,000. This is now the highest recorded sale price in Ryde for 2017.
