Team Dowling has had a huge first few months of 2017. We’ve achieved some amazing results for our owners, helped over 40 families move and have met over 2,400 buyers at open for inspections. We currently have a number of fantastic properties for sale, with several new listings about to hit the hit the market.
Moving on to the property market, there are suggestions the market is changing. Locally in Ryde we are definitely starting to see signs that this is the case. In recent weeks there has been an increased amount of properties selling prior to Auction and also more supply has come onto the market. Also, CBA, NAB and Westpac all increased interest rates, which has had a direct ripple effect on how many registrations were at each Auction over the last few weekends.
Right now the market is still particularly strong, however nobody can guarantee how long this will continue for. Just this past weekend our team had two incredible results at Auction.

Last week we were also major sponsors again for the annual Ryde District Mums Easter Egg Hunt and Morning Tea down at Memorial Park, Meadowbank. It was great to see the kids and parents having a fantastic time finding as many chocolate eggs as possible in the lead up to Easter.
